For the 2023 Spring season, the club format is as follows:

U6 Girls and Boys – Little POTUS Lax (Co-ed)
- Open to girls and boys in Pre-K and Kindergarten
- Practices will be on Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
- This age group will run as a 30-minute skills clinic, focused on learning the basic skills and concepts of lacrosse, followed by a 30-minute 4v4 scrimmage
- New and experienced players are welcome
- Not required to purchase any equipment – an appropriate stick and club pinnie are included with the registration fee
- All players must have an active membership with USA Lacrosse
- March in the Town of Hyde Park Memorial Day Parade (optional)
U8 Girls
- Open to girls in grades 1 and 2
- Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45pm to 7:15pm
- Intra-squad or inter-town recreational games are typically on Saturday morning or early afternoon
- New and experienced players are welcome
- Players must provide their own stick, goggles, and mouth guard
- All players will receive a Hyde Park Lacrosse reversible pinnie
- All players must have an active membership with USA Lacrosse.

U10 Girls
- Open to girls in grades 3 and 4

U14 Girls – Practice Only
- Open to girls in grades 7 and 8
- Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45pm to 7:15pm
- Many 7th and 8th graders play modified or high school lacrosse and we typically don’t have enough players to field a full team. As a result, U14 will likely be practice only.
- New and experienced players are welcome
- Players must provide their own stick, goggles, and mouth guard

Boys K-5 Clinic
- Open to boys in grades K through 5

- This age group will run as a 60-minute skills clinic, focused on learning the basic skills and concepts of lacrosse

- Players must provide their own stick and protective equipment
- All players will receive a Hyde Park Lacrosse reversible pinnie
- All players must have an active membership with USA Lacrosse
